KoreaTrain is operated by WISE UP LIMITED, a Hong Kong company. Contact address: Unit 1707, 17/F The Galaxy, 313 Castle Peak Road, Kwai Hing, New Territories, Hong Kong. Contact: support@koreatrain.com. KoreaTrain is an independent booking platform and is not the railway operator. All train dates and service deadlines use Korea Standard Time (Asia/Seoul, UTC+9).
We process contact and booking details, passenger information required for the chosen service, booking and payment status, support communications and necessary technical/security information to arrange and fulfil bookings, handle refunds and support, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We request only information needed for those purposes. The payment provider processes payment credentials; do not send passwords or full payment-card details to support.
Information necessary for a booking may be shared with the railway/ticket-fulfilment provider, payment processors and service providers that support hosting, email and customer service. These services may process data in Hong Kong, South Korea or other locations involved in providing the service, subject to applicable data-protection requirements. We do not claim that all processing takes place in Korea.
We retain information only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and applicable record-keeping or dispute obligations, then delete or anonymise it as appropriate. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact support@koreatrain.com to request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy enquiry; identity verification and legal retention requirements may apply.
