KoreaTrain adds no separate service fee or payment-processing fee to the displayed ticket total.
Payment status and ticket issuance
After paying, check the status of your existing order. If the payment result is pending, check that order before creating a duplicate booking or paying again. A search or payment does not hold a seat. Tickets are issued manually; follow the boarding instructions on your issued ticket once you receive it.

Manual support is available daily from 08:00 to 24:00 Korea Standard Time (UTC+9). Include your booking reference when contacting us. Do not email full card numbers, passwords or payment verification codes.
